The farmhouse consists of a single large apartment of 100 m2,
located on the ground floor of the villa inabitated by the owners, consists of with 22 large bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, it can accommodate 4 adults plus 2 children under 12 year old.

The apartment has independent entrance and is composed from one great kitchen furnished in a classic style, one sitting and dining room with fireplace and double bed sofa. 
The 2 very big double bedrooms,  are furnished in classic stile. The wide bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and the small study is furnished with bookcase, wardrobe and divanetto. Villa is offering tranquillity, silence and maximum comfort.
Villa is at short distance from the archaeological area of Volterra and with a short walk it's possible to reach the Frontone Etruscan Necropolis. The historical center of Volterra is at only two kilometers. 

The villa is surrounded from an ancient pavement in stone delimited from blooming flower-beds , pomegranates, maple trees and from a chaki tree that in autumn fills up its brunches with orange coloured fruits. Many lunch and relax furnished areas with tables, chairs and sun beds have been created in different corners of the garden.
Beyond the ancient wall in stone many plants of tropical origin grow luxuriantly, between them: banana trees, bamboos, pampas. The swimming pool, near completion, is placed in panoramic and sunny position.

The ancient oven, the terracotta stove and the grill, have been restored and are available for the guests. The owners inhabit the upper floors  of the villa while the apartment that is destined to the farm holidays, is found to the ground floor.
